Day 1 Week 3 - 100 Pushup Challenge
Well I have made it to week 3 of the 100 pushup challenge! In order to push to week 3, you had to take another initial test so they could put you on a new level. when I first started I could do 12-15 in a row non stop.. going into week 3 I can do 30 pushups without stopping.... so that put me on a new level for level 3! I did my first set today of week 3 and it's HARD! I did a total of 80 pushups in a 10 minute time frame.. I am so sore, but it's working! By week 6 I can see myself doing the 100 pushup challenge.. this is amazing, my arms are taking a whole new shape, and this enhances my weight training at the gym as well... I think Amie is going to join me in this challenge, but she will have to start at week 1... HEY ROSS you going to do it? you can do 50 man! MACHO MAN! I CHALLENGE YOU!
