It's Monday.... The Weekend was just OK

It's Monday already, I have a busy week ahead of me, alot to accomplish, clients to see, contracts to sign, meetings with a couple of teachers... going to be a full week with Tim gone, so we will see how that goes. Still plan to do my 2 times a DAY for a week at the gym, I need to keep that commitment because it's my self dicipline. 7am Train and Work out, 9pm running, rowing and cardio!

I took 3 days off at the gym, I decided my body needed a break because I was feeling just so OUT of it and not feeling well, and tired and naseau's, so I took 3 days off. I feel so unfit when I take a break from the gym, it's what I am now, and when I dont do it, I feel something is missing.. so I am anxious to get back to the gym this morning and tonight! I do have to say, 3 days did me good, I am not feeling as sick, so maybe I just needed the small break.

This weekend was just okay.. kinda rushed because Tim had to get ready for his trip and things didn't go as planned, but it happens.. I am looking forward to Mothers Day weekend, we are going to Panama city for the weekend.. YAY the Ocean, so as long as those plans stick, I will be happy.

Tim made it to NY last night.. It's always an intersting time when Tim is out of town, alot of scheduling to mix around, but it's pretty good.. I will miss Tim, but this is important so I am cool about it.
