It's Monday . . . I'm Sleepy

I just got back from the gym, did some cardio, I lifted weights, and then I trained Amie on Core Workouts. Her and I do Core every Monday, she is really enjoying that and she is pretty good at it for being new to it. Core is such an important part of working out because it builds the foundation for better cardio and weight lifting. Your core is your strength!

I am tired.. didn't sleep Saturday, Slept most of the day on Mothers Day.. I was too busy tracking storms Saturday night that I stayed up till 7am and had to work in the nursery at Church on Sunday morning, so I was pretty tired on Mothers Day but slept most of the day yesterday... I spent time with the kids yesterday after I woke up from a long nap, it was nice :) .... I am still tired, today I actually dont have anything going on, so I am taking advantage and staying home and resting.. I have a very busy week ahead so I need the rest now!

I hope everyone had a nice weekend... I am looking forward to my strict routine at the gym this week, and I have some clients for photoshoots, so should be a packed week!
