I am so sore from bootcamp! Those 250 squats are talking to me now.. in a bad way! ha! so ok I got on the scale this morning and I lost 5 pounds in just less than a week.. WOW I am shocked! Debbie said this would happen though.. eating totally clean and every 2 hours does change your body... but we will replace that with muscle. It's hard eating every 2 hours and being on a schedule with that, but to do this routine, you have to make it work.
The new gym is great.. I was there till almost 11 last night doing my cardio... chris came with me and worked out which was nice. This routine is alot more challenging, harder than any routine I have ever been on before.. Jose was tough, but this is TOUGH!
