I was getting ready to do Lat Pulldown
This photo above says it all I guess! A little before this photo I weighed in and found out I lost 10 pounds so far, without trying to lose on the scale! I have kicked some major ass at the gym this week, Running twice a day 7am + 9pm, Rowing (racing with the trainers hahah I won once), Core Training, Cross Fit Training, and of course my favorite "Weight Training" I m kinda proud of these
photos, does that sound bad or self obsorbed?
