Tired Tuesday Zzzz Zzzz

Ever have one of those days where you dont feel like doing anything and you could just stay in bed all day and sleep? Today is one of those days for me..

Ruth my personal trainer she really kicked my butt this morning.. she made me do this routine called "Filthy Fifty" Yup.. it's filthy alright.. I did 50 pullups, 50 lunges, 50 Weight Presses, 50 Squats, 50 Hammer Squats, 50 step ups and 50 crunches... I am weak and lethargic right now lol. I always thought it was about weight lifting, but I never knew what a true workout was until I started training with Ruth. Dont get me wrong, Jose was great, he was all about the weights, but Ruth is about kicking ass all over! BUT she promised me that if I got through this routine with her, and did cardio tonight, that Thursday I could do whatever I wanted to do.. so I am looking forward to that! I said to her "bench pressing baby" she said "ok than do this" so I won... I get to do what I want Thursday.

Eh we'll see what happens.. but a nap is sounding great right now :)

OMG we are gonna have to do these when i come down.....where does ruth come up with all this stuff?
